Sturdy and well made An affordable hydration bladder was what I was looking for, but when I saw the price of the complete backpack, I purchased this one. I intend to build the bladder into a costume (the Marshmallow Man) for my husband so he can drink without taking the head off. The drinking tube is a nice length and insulated. We tested for any leakage, and found none; the bladder seems very nicely made. We had trouble starting the flow at first, but it works just fine. The backpack itself is very tightly made…
Good storage and value in a 3L hydration pack UPDATE: The threaded back to the cap has delaminated from the bag, so the bag leaks, not at the cap, but where the threaded back plate for the cap is adhered to the bag itself. It looks like the back plate for the cap is heat-welded to the plastic vinyl for the bag, which could be a point of failure for all of these bags. Great Deal I bought this backpack in place of the more costly Camelback for our hiking trip to Zion National Park in a few days.
