About Brightness
The tap lights are mainly designed for small dark places and for short time and slight use, that’s why the lights are not designed to be that bright. Also, if we increase the brightness, the light will drain the batteries much more quickly. We have to balance between the brightness and the battery time.
About Installation
1. Make sure the place where the double-side adhesive pad sticks to is clean, dry and smooth, and keep the double-side adhesive pad clean before use.
2. The double-side adhesive pad is for one-time use, so please make sure where you want to place it before use (the place should not be closed to heat producer, which will reduce the viscosity and contribute to adhesive failure).
3. Press the 3M adhesive pad to adhere.
About Batteries
1. We recommend Alkaline Battery ( LR03 material model), its service time is longer than two times of R03 batteries.
2. We don’t recommend you to use rechargeable batteries, the 1.2V(lower than 1.5V) voltage of it will make the lights dark.
3. Turn off the lights when you don’t need it. If you keep it on for a long time, it will waste the power of batteries.

Okay and they stick well I ordered 2 sets and when they arrived one box was short 1 stick-on tab and no instructions. Didn’t really need the instructions as the other box had a set, but I did need the stick-on tab.Overall, these are okay and they tap on easily and are really bright in a small space.I have 3 in my dark stairwell and 2 under my kitchen cabinets for added light.The problem is they are VERY hard to get open. It says to twist clock-wise but you can’t not without using some type of tool…

Decent amount of light Useless at this point . I turned the back toward âopen â & nothing it wonât open to place any batteryâs in them . I tried another one same thing happened wonât open . I tried several ways 10x & nothing . No directions in the box , no way to contact seller , waste of money . I wonât buy again..**update ***Iâm amending my initial review because after going at it & using a tool to separate it to place the batteries in , it did work . Maybe I just got a bad one & the others are fine…
