Lovely sleeping bag Very comfortable and high quality sleeping bag! Just used this on a week long camping trip in Wisconsin. The temperatures did get pretty low some nights, but this bag kept up plenty warm (maybe even a little too warm!) I love how it unzips from both sides so you don’t have to disturb your partner. It’s soft, plush, warm, and extremely comfortable. The only downfall is the storage bag is pretty snug when you’re trying to stuff the sleeping bag back in there. It’s definitely not impossible, but…

The Beast This bag cost a little more than others we were looking at, but I guess you get what you pay for. The quality on this bag is outstanding. It retains heat perfectly and unzips from either side allowing for airflow as needed throughout the night. Temps in the low 30’s and we were perfectly toasty. Heck the bag stayed warm an hour or so after we were out of it. My only complaint is once out of the compression sack it takes an act of god to get it back in. Had to buy seperate compression straps…

Great for couples, minimal layering needed, fantastic versatility! My wife and I recently got back into camping in the Colorado wilderness. It can be 90 in the city but once you get into the mountains, you’ve got to be prepared. We like to snuggle so instead of getting two bags and worrying about compatitibilty, I went with a double. We’ve used it twice now and we’re so happy with our decision. There are a few cons but definitely not enough to warrant a star’s deduction. Here are my thoughts:
