The Mountain Ultra 3 Tent is a comfortable, three-person tent that is an easy, one-person set up. It’s a lightweight, waterproof tent, with an unbeatable built-in ventilation system. Reinforced, heat taped seams and anchor points provide added life to this already rugged tent. The extra-high Oxford bathtub floor has heat-sealed seams that keep ground water out. It also has built-in gear pockets for added storage and comes with a carry bag with an offset shoulder strap that self-adjusts to keep it upright while you take it from the car to the campsite and back. Five Stars Awesome tent. A little on the heavy side for backpacking, but very convenient for camping.
Buy it. Photo attached. This tent was absolutely perfect for my four day AT hike across northern NJ. The shelters were full and we all used our tents and all of my colleagues commented on mine. Easy setup, easy access, low weight and price make this tent the one to buy. The rain fly allows for room for your pack to be right at the main access and protected from the environment. I am 6’2″ and fit fine inside. It was unusually cold during our hike and the tent protection and insulation from the temps. The design…
Best Travel Tent…………. Generally when I travel, I use a 1person tent but, I decided to purchase this tent because I had a 6 state camping trip planned and wanted to have a little extra room. This tent was very spacious, it was like a castle for me, which was really nice for a big trip like this. The first time I set the tent up, I think it took me 15 – 20 minutes, but, every night after that I was set up in less that 5 minutes, taking down the tent, is just as easy as setting up ~ 5 minutes tops!!!
