Ever since we introduced the Padre Island® Hammock, almost 25 years ago, we have been committed to continually offering quality hammocks and stands at affordable prices.Large enough for two, this extra-wide hammock features an 82-inch x 56-inch bed made of cool, comfortable, large-diameter cotton ropes. French-braided edges contribute strength. Weight limit is 500 pounds. Other features include hardwood spreader bars and sturdy, welded suspension rings. Overall, the hammock measures 120 inches x 57 inches. It comes with a heavy-duty carry/storage bag with straps, full-length zipper, and information panel.

Stretches too much, large gaps between cords Larger gaps between coils than i would ideally want. Also sinks very low even when pulled up very tight on either side on the frame. Would not recommend buying this. Will probably try a canvas style once this one wears out.
This hammock was the best purchase we made this summer This hammock was the best purchase we made this summer. It looks classic (I don’t really like these new fabric/bright colored hammocks I’m seeing), and it’s very strong and durable. We have a new puppy who loves to follow us around, including on the hammock, and it’s stood up to his occasional chewing without any noticeable damage or wear. Impressive!
An awesome, wonderfully priced hammock I really don’t understand the negative comments here. I bought this hammock here on Amazon, and put it up between a water maple and a dogwood in my yard, using these straps: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007XV6PUI/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The hammock comes with two ropes to attach to eye bolts to put in the tree, not any “strap” hardware, but I don’t like putting things into trees. The wrap straps are so much more tree friendly. It’s exactly as it looks in the picture…
