Wonderful coat for the money- but you need to size up! I’m 5’6” and 120-125 pounds on a good day. I ordered a large because I like my rain coats to feel oversized. Over all TNF models, I chose the Venture, because it’s lightweight and still protects you from the wind, cold, and rain. The huge collar and mesh linings on the Resolve jackets (Resolve Plus, Parka, and regular Resolve) ends up making me feel hot and weighed down. The length of the Venture is 25-26 inches- where the Resolve is 24 inches, the Resolve Plus is 26 and the Resolve Parka is 27…

Counterfeit alert! Just received this item, seller: Champaign Surplus, and it is an obvious counterfeit. Poor quality seams, zipper very stiff, it was lacking the holographic sticker, the logo stitching is off, am terribly disappointed.It does not have laundry information label, nor season/year label which are things upon contacting The North Face confirmed this is not their product at all.

Great quality rain jacket I was a little disappointed that after all the reviews that said it was either a little big or true to size on them, this arrived and was not exactly as I expected size wise. I bought it specifically to wear on a cruise to Alaska, so I wanted to be able to layer my North Face fleece underneath and my normal size doesn’t give me enough room to layer at all!
