pillow I purchased pillow for future camping trip, after opening I was a little disappointed that pillow did not fluff up as promised, however just before writing this review, I went to where I had stored the pillow to check on it and low and behold to my surprise, It did if fact puff up and is actually quite fluffy and seems that it will in fact be perfect for camping trip. Now I will flatten out and put back into smaller pouch type to save space for the future intended use.
Great pillow! I have the largest one, it is NOT for backpacking at this size because it is very large. However it does pack up very small. VERY IMPORTANT. Wash it and dry it, or it will be lumpy. Follow the directions! If you wash it it will expand and you will have a very fluffy supportive pillow. It’s great for car camping or a short backpacking trip where weight and space aren’t vital. My friend has the small one and that’s what made me buy this one. The small is way too small for my personal taste…
Solid Product I was looking for a good camping/travel pillow. Based on prior reviews, I decided to purchase this Thermarest Compressible Pillow.When I first got it out of the bag, it was compressed, and I got it out and did my best to try and fluff it up. I also waited about 30 minutes to an hour to see if the individual stuff “cubes” would expand on their own. They didn’t really.Needless to say, you MUST wash this the first use, or after a long storage. AFter washing and then drying…
