Small for its’ capacity, still stays hot for several hours. We have other vacuum-insulated mugs that will keep coffee hot for several hours, but I was looking for one with a handle. A handle is not normally necessary for a vacuum-insulated mug, but there are often times I need to use both hands, and there isn’t a flat place to set anything down. This mug is perfect. The handle being part of the lid means the cup doesn’t tip as much when a full mug is hung from a branch, fence, belt, pocket, or whatever. The flip lid seals completely, with no leaks,…

Good Mug, Good Capacity After many years of faithful service, the old 20 ounce Thermos mug wore out (the metal, not the lid). That version was no longer made and its replacement was ‘iffy’ at best. Then we stumbled across this one. It’s the new “faithful mug”. Keeps coffee steaming hot for hours. Large capacity. It works TOO well Fresh coffee stays scalding hot for about 3 hours; I’ve had to start cooling my coffee before I pour it in! I’ve dropped it (half empty or less) a few times from 3-4 feet during work onto tile, concrete, gravel, and carpet with only tiny nicks in the paint – no dents and still vacuum sealed!
