100% UNhappy I’ll start by saying that I don’t usually write reviews…but being a online buyer I read TONS of reviews to make the best decision..I bought this container because I study away from home and like to save some money by cooking at home. In the library there are no microwaves.I’ve owned for 2 days counting today.Pros: looks nice and sturdy. no leak problemsCons: it doesn’t keep my food hot AT ALL…like not even luke warm, it would be the same to put my food in…

This one is a winner! I bought this for my daughter’s school lunches to keep soups warm. I wasn’t expecting much from any type of thermos because all the food seems to come out at room temperature when finally eaten, but this one is a winner. My daughter’s soups stay hot until she eats lunch. That’s 5 hours being in the thermos. She said her soup is still hot enough to burn her tongue when she opens it.I don’t know if it makes any difference, but we do boil water and pour it in the thermos and let it sit…

BEST OUT THERE… (detailed review) Well done Bklyn Steel! I’m an avid soup lover and have too many thermoses to admit to. Thought I’d treat myself to a new thermos and found this bad-boy on Amazon. Visually I liked the look so I thought I’d give it a try. SO GLAD I DID! It looks even better in person and it retains heat really well. I’m pretty sure it hold the heat better than the others brands I use. I have not tried it for cold drinks or foods yet so I can’t comment on that. I imagine it would work just as well if used…
