Normally Thermos is a good brand, I speculate I got a defect product … Normally Thermos is a good brand, I speculate I got a defect product where it does not hold the heat for more than 2 hours. I had to return it. I would buy from Thermos again, but just not right now.
Left handed people beware I received the product yesterday and I used it today for lunch. It kept my food warm and I love it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the spoon is meant for a right handed person only. I am a left handed person and when I tried to use the spoon it keeps folding because of the way it is built. If you are a left handed person, just keep in mind that the spoon will not work for you.
I like it but……… I do like this thermos, but it does NOT keep liquids like soup hot for as long as it indicates. The description indicates “This food jar keeps items hot for 7 hours or cold for 9”. The soup I had in it was just on the warm side, after only 2 hours, no where near hot. For me I probably won’t have any hot liquids in this thermos for more then 2 hours, but if you plan on keeping your soup or liquids HOT a lot longer, then I would look for something else. Otherwise it does hold an entire 16…
