Decent and thick The large Thorlos arrived and the fit is SNUG. I returned the mediums (6-8.5) because they were too tight on my feet; the large are snug on my size 9 feet so be wary of that. The large socks also seem short (measured 11 inches from floor to top of sock) and the snugness on the calf doesn’t convey a sense of longevity. My dad can’t stop talking about them I’ve always splurged on Thorlo and Wigwam socks all my life as nothing beats a great pair of socks (well almost nothing).
