Don’t waste your money. This product is scam. I have contacted the company several times and included screen shots of the app to show them that the tag shows as not in range eventhough the key it is attached to is 20 feet away. Out of the 6 tags I have connected in my app, without fail the only tag that the app couldn’t find was the one connected to the keys I couldn’t find. I don’t like the fact I have to replace these every year I don’t like the fact I have to replace these every year. The cost is enormous when you have 24 of these. But unfortunately while there are other products out there none are as popular as tile so if you want to have a chance at ever finding your lost item tile is the only way to go. So I suck it up and spend money on these every year. The prices here are competitive with tile and if you have Amazon Prime then you are getting a better deal here.
