Don’t spend your money with such a consumer unfriendly company The price of up keeping up with this product is a joke. At over $20 each/year you can be spending hundreds of dollars/year to keep track of your items.It’s cheaper just to replace an item on the rare occasion you actually loose it.It’s a joke that they don’t make a replaceable battery.I will no longer support a company that is so consumer unfriendly. I love how it works I love how it works, but what sucks is that once the battery goes out you have to buy another one and they are pretty expensive. I am going to look for a similar product that gives you the option to replace the battery.
Brilliant system, horrible Terms Of Service agreement I apologize for the length of this review, I wanted to be thorough and not cut any corners.Iâd like to get something straightened out right up front. This is not a GPS powered device that reports its location to the app on your phone. There seems to be some confusion or misunderstanding where people think they can track their dog or child.
