The men’s Timberland® Chocorua Trail boot is built for rugged on- and off-trail use in wet or inclement weather conditions. It features a GORE-TEX® membrane which creates a waterproof/breathable barrier, keeping out water while allowing moisture vapor to pass through. The EVA midsole offers lightweight cushioning, and the stitch and turn tip provides added durability.

Very good, considering what they endure! My husband reads electric meters as his profession. He works 5 or 6 days per week, and on some days he walks for 4 to 5 hours at a time, over various terrain, in all weather conditions. These boots last about 6 months before they start falling apart, which is much longer than most boots for him. The waterproofing is good and holds up pretty well. Timberland Needs To Be Investigated!!! Length:: 0:14 Mins First The Pros: These boots have a nice look, they are not bulky like some hikers, and they are extremely lightweight for boots.
