timberland Whiteledge, great boot, snug, stiff tongue 4* I got these on Amazon for a great price. They have good tread, and are okay for comfort. They have no unpleasant or tiring features to the sole. I added a Scholl’s Air Pillow and am happy there. but I do not like when the front of a boot is higher than the back, it distresses my shin. I don’t know why, but it seems that the rubbing of the tongue against the sock, dries out my skin and makes me sore. I’ve figured out a solution in the past and will have to remember what I did. Great boots! Bought them before going to a rock-fest … Great boots! Bought them before going to a rock-fest because the previous one I went to was all rainy and muddy and destroyed my tennis shoes. I NEVER order shoes online but chanced it this time. The timing was tight but they fit perfect and protected my feet in comfort. Looking forward to wearing them again!
