Dividers are used for measuring and transferring precise distances between two points and for drawing arcs and circles. Dividers are made from carbon steel with hardened and finely ground points. Dividers feature a substantial hardened spring fulcrum with a smooth running adjustment nut that is guaranteed to hold any setting. Maximum opening is 6.5″.

Super precise We use these to measure the distance between the strings on violin bridges. They work perfect.
Very useful great price and well made Great value for money and well made. The points come together precisely when closed and the screw control is smooth and predictable. They have been in daily use since I received them and am very happy with them. I will look for a smaller and larger pair to complement these
Really good divider For INUSTRIAL INSULATORS !!! (10/10) This tool work good an sheet metal. Well built. I am an industrial insulator, thus diver work really well for smaller measurement where greater precision is required. If you are looking for a diver i would recommend getting this one.
