Super sharp and effective! Great fillet knife! No really, best fillet knife I have ever owned. Incredibly sharp and very flexible blade for tackling even the most stubborn of fish. Rubberized handle isn’t needed just at the dock but great to have in the kitchen to provide a superior grip which is most crucial when running the fish across the blade. Simple to clean due in part I imagine due to the non-stick coating and the sheath provided safety in storing. This knife has made me look forward to having fish for dinner.
