This 2 lb 9 oz tent is one of the lightest backpacking tents on the market. At 7 feet long, 62 inches wide, and 42 inches high it also has more room than any tent in the ultra light category. Roomy for One but comfortable for Two. Does well in any weather including rain or even on snow. Compact so it can fit easily in your backpack or bug out bag. Easy to pack. Comes with stakes and carrying bag, Poles are not included (they are included with the Trekker Tent 2 Combo Pack). Important Note: This tent is intended for use with trekking poles, no poles are included. However if you forget your poles it works fine with most any stick longer than 42 inches or can be tied between two trees. Total weight is 3 lbs 1 oz with carrying bag and stakes. No Poles means No Problems, most tents come with cheap fragile poles which are the first things to break and make the tent worthless. Because this tent will work with any trekking poles or even any stick or tied between two trees, no poles means no problems. With no poles to string through the tent this tent is supper fast and simple to set up, just stake down or tie the corners and put in the trekking poles and it can be set up in as little as 1 minute.

I took it out and set it up in the living room to get a feel for it and used dining room chairs for the “tent poles” and it set up easily. This tent is very easy to set up This tent is very easy to set up, is made from high-quality material and is waterproof. As with any tent, you can expect condensation inside of you are in a humid environment. This tent is well made and fits easily into even the smallest of backpacks. You simply cannot beat the price on this great piece of gear, it is much nicer than the big name brand ones I own, but costs only a fraction of the price. This is a must have piece of equipment for any camping enthusiast or survivalist.
Great Ultralight Tent Very Ultralight tent. Well made, good quality for the price. My 9 year old son and I used it backpacking in Yosemite. We had plenty of room. I am 5’10” and weigh 170lbs. Definately recommend keeping doors open otherwise you will get lots of condensation build up on the inside and your sleeping bag will get soaked. Just keep the mesh screen closed.
