Good choice ! Hiking !!!highly recommended… The anti shock system is very good, these internal springs absorb shock when you walk down hill.If you buy the trekking poles for hiking ,it’s a good choice.
good deal I bought a pair for less than $20 and it is way cheaper than my previous hiking poles with similar quality. Won’t say the best quality but well built. Overall good deal for beginners. Only complaint is that adjusting height is not very convenient.
