haven’t had the chance to use yet did not realize … haven’t had the chance to use yet did not realize did not need this item to run scanner in the house but when using scanner in the vehicle is a must have to get scanner frequencies to where you are.

Eddie B says:

Highly recommend. Has everything you need to connect to your scanner. You don’t need anything else – this is important because I waited a while to purchase it because it wasn’t clear if anything else was needed. This and your scanner is it.

Pair with Kenwood TM-D700/D710 for Easy APRS Effortlessly works the with my Kenwood TM-D700 as well as the newer Kenwood TM-D710G dual band ham radio. Before getting this, I had frankensteined an old Garmin ETrex to use with APRS. This GPS acquires a signal so much quicker.
