Limited, but useful, with Instant Pot These are of decent quality and they make great trivets. Be forewarned that if you are using a DUO60 Instant Pot, you CANNOT use both trivets to cook all those eggs at once. It is too tall for the lid to go on. However, you can use either trivet alone and do eggs that way just fine. I did buy these to use in my Instant Pot, but not for doing a lot of eggs at once. I wanted more options in terms of trivet height when cooking various things and this does work for that quite nicely. The…
too tall for 6qt duo Says it’s compatible with the 6qt instant pot but you cannot put both racks, stacked as shown, inside the 6qt duo. At least not with anything on the top rack.
Perfect for stacking, and not just for eggs 🙂 I’ve had these for a while now, and they’re my favorites for the instant pot. I use them several times a week. They’re great for eggs of course, but I use them regularly as my Go To steam racks for cooking a meat on the bottom and a vegetable on the top. Perfect for that! I can put 2 frozen seasoned salmon filets on the bottom rack and broccoli on the top rack, and voila!
