Its a Keeper Itâs a fair size sturdy shovel in a compact case. The threads that hold it together seem well machined and it goes together easy and is very rigid.The case is thick and well made and allows for belt carry or shoulder carry with the included strap.Although the knife and saw work well I was able to fit a Mora knife, an extra fire steel, and some tinder in with the shovel to bolster its effectiveness as a survival/camping tool.With all the survival/camping gear…

Small enough to be easily packed away when it’s all collapsed uilt solid and ready to be abused. Small enough to be easily packed away when it’s all collapsed. The only possible problem is the threads between each sections of the handle are too fine. Once any sand or dirt gets in there it might get a lot harder to put them together or take them down quickly as designed. The other concern is it IS heavy.Update: took the shovel on a hiking trip to VT. when I packed I took off top section of handle and some unnecessary accessories and the weight is not…
