Great Product Made better. Love the lantern. My wife and I camp in tents and this is the best lantern for the money. I recommend buying a roll of glow-in-the-dark tape (under $5.00 > http://www.amazon.com/Rolls-Glowing-Tape-Craft-Repairs/dp/B00TOUNP5E/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1442303664&sr=8-2&keywords=glow+in+the+dark+tape), and wrapping lantern and flashlights. Cut out the area where the ON/OFF button is located so you can spot easily it in the dark. Tape glows more than Glow in the dark plastic.
A good value It performs as advertised and seems well constructed although some parts aren’t as tough and functional as I would expect (hook on the bottom for example is weak plastic and is open, no catch to close around the line/limb/etc.). I also bought the Streamlight 44931 at the same time. I paid $8.00 more for the Streamlight and it’s worth it, although it was heavily discounted from its full retail price of $61. Tested and Approved! Read and believe the other reviews about the quality and versatility of this product. I’m just here to say that the first thing I did, just for fun, was to test the “30 day” claim. With a fresh set of batteries, and even turning it up to medium or high from time to time in order to demonstrate to friends, this thing ran continuously for 33 days. It is the real deal!
