THE must buy lantern for preparedness! Purchased one of these after Hurricane Sandy because I live in New Jersey and we were having pretty widespread power outages still. We couldn’t be sure the power would stay on so I picked up this lantern as soon as I could. This is seriously one of the greatest lanterns I’ve ever used. Let me tell you why below.

Tested and Approved! Read and believe the other reviews about the quality and versatility of this product. I’m just here to say that the first thing I did, just for fun, was to test the “30 day” claim. With a fresh set of batteries, and even turning it up to medium or high from time to time in order to demonstrate to friends, this thing ran continuously for 33 days. It is the real deal!

Great Product Made better. Love the lantern. My wife and I camp in tents and this is the best lantern for the money. I recommend buying a roll of glow-in-the-dark tape (under $5.00 > http://www.amazon.com/Rolls-Glowing-Tape-Craft-Repairs/dp/B00TOUNP5E/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1442303664&sr=8-2&keywords=glow+in+the+dark+tape), and wrapping lantern and flashlights. Cut out the area where the ON/OFF button is located so you can spot easily it in the dark. Tape glows more than Glow in the dark plastic.
