General Use
1. This product is top-rack dishwasher safe; however, hand washing is recommended as to ensure that all parts of the product are thoroughly cleaned and protect appearance of your product.
2. For maximum thermal efficiency, preheat or pre-chill the product just prior to use. Fill with hot/cold tap water, attach lid, let stand 5 to 10 minutes and empty water. After filling container with contents, re-cover with lid to increase thermal efficiency.
3. Wait a minute to close lid after pour in hot contents to avoid internal air pressure causing hard to open.

Great stainless steal quality! I bought this thermal container to bring soup for work. I love the cute design. Good quality stainless steel and perfect size for me! The lid is easy to open and close. Since I only care for soup, I tested the insulation. It did hold up to minimum 5 hours for hotness as advertise so I am very happy.
