A decent set with some questionable choices I bought this for culinary school last September so I’ve had lots of time to really evaluate the set.chef knife – I’m a 6′ 200lb guy with big hands and I find this knife unwieldy. 10″ is just too big for my taste and I think many people would find it clunky. 8″ would have been a much better size for the majority of buyers. I have used it on top rounds, bottom rounds and top…
