A decent set with some questionable choices I bought this for culinary school last September so I’ve had lots of time to really evaluate the set.chef knife – I’m a 6′ 200lb guy with big hands and I find this knife unwieldy. 10″ is just too big for my taste and I think many people would find it clunky. 8″ would have been a much better size for the majority of buyers. After 2 years, No Rust, Need to be Sharpened Often I bought this knife set over two years ago to replace the one my husband and I were given when we got married. Bought for use as meat cutter. So I bought these for production in a meat department. This is the first new knife set I have bought, so take my review with a grain of salt.
