Good quality My son finished culinary school and needed a new set to start work. He was looking at all the recommened high priced knife sets. I found these and looked at reviews not only on Amazon but other web sites. After seeing soo many positive reviews from professionals I bought these for him. He was very impressed and really likes them. He says they are comparable to the more expensive ones and makes a great started set.High quality for the price.
A decent set with some questionable choices I bought this for culinary school last September so I’ve had lots of time to really evaluate the set.
Bought for use as meat cutter. So I bought these for production in a meat department. This is the first new knife set I have bought, so take my review with a grain of salt. I will review each part of the set separately. I will not mention in each individual description that each knife is razor sharp, they sliced paper easily and also gave a great shave on my arm.
