they are very comfortable and lightweight I used these for hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains and the twist locking mechanism isn’t strong enough. I fell multiple times because a pole collapsed on itself. Almost every time I checked, it had slid down a little past where I had it set.Other than that, they are very comfortable and lightweight, but at this point they’re pretty useless.

I was searching for a lightweight adjustable Trekking Pole which is strong, low electrical conductivity relative to aluminum poles, non-magnet with the possibility adding non-conventional extensions to the tip. Fantastic deal and excellent performing poles My fiances more expensive name brand trekking poles must weigh and cost twice as much. Fantastic deal and excellent performing poles. This was my first experience with trekking poles and I’m happy it was a good experience. We did several hikes throughout the Badlands and Black Hills this summer, on the longer treks… these were a great addition to have!
