Would recommend Great walkie talkies. I brought these for my nephews as a gift. They have a large house and like most boys like to play games. With these they can finally communicate (which they found extremely fun) without the shouting. The range is great and is clear both ways each time and they are simple to use. The design is sturdy and they work great even though they have been dropped a few times already. I also like that they are small in size and so can easily fit in their pocket. Great walkie talkies.

As with kids, they dropped them several times and no real issues. I like that they use AA batteries which are cheaper to replace. In terms of range, we tested about a mile and it worked fine..
