I love the big cork grips I bought these poles for a summer trip that is reputed to have some tough hiking. I have never used treking poles before however I do use ski poles and a walking stick occasionally. I have been practicing with the trekking poles to get familiar with them. I have the following observationsQuality is comparable with my wife’s 2x expensive poles.I love the big cork grips.A bit heavier than my wife’s however no problem.I would buy them again

Talk about bang for your buck Poles performed great on our first outing with them. They held up against 10 miles of pretty tough terrain that would have been much more difficult without them. And you get everything you need in one package – you can’t beat that!
