Sturdy Sun Bucket Nice sun bucket. I love that this model includes snaps to hold the brim up. It’s a very sturdy hat. Kept me dry while in the rain. I have removed the strap because I rarely use it but I’ve saved it to reinstall for things like our recent trip to the state fair, when holding on to a hat all day during the times I didn’t need or want it on, would have been awkward and inconvenient.
Hat works well. I like this hat because it’s light weight and great for the hot Oklahoma sun. We have been in a heat wave and this hat is great for that. I have also been using it as props for photos. It kind of looks like a safari hat . So it makes for great photos. The hat is made well and also have the sting so it doesn’t fly around from you on those windy days. This is a good light weight hat for summer weather here where I live.
Comfortable and allows your head to breath when wearing it We didn’t get this for any major fishing excursions…we got it for high school spirit days. You can see a photo from Hawaiian Day attached to this review and my daughter is planning to wear it for safari day too. She was able to wear it all day without getting a headache and without her head sweating at all. It is kind of a greyish blue color so it will match a lot of different clothing options. We will be doing a fishing trip next summer in alaska so this hat will serve many purposes!!
