How to inflate
1.Open the inflation valve (Upper part of the valve) and unfold your mattress.
2.Blow into the valve 12-15 times.
3.Close the valve and press firmly.
How to deflate
1.Open the defation valve.(Bottom part of the valve)
2.The mattress wil deflate within three seconds.
3.Keep the valve open until its fold and rolled. Close the valve once ready to pack.

I really like this sleeping pad I really like this sleeping pad. It folds up nice and small and is easy for me to store in my back pack when I go for long hikes. It’s not very heavy, which is definitely a plus. The beaded back is more comfortable than sleeping on the ground. I would buy again.

Nice compact lightweight pad The last camp we went on my son was sleeping on the ground with a sleeping bag and got cold one of the other campers had this type of sleeping pad and was warm so we picked it up very compact the one the other camper had was a lot bigger when it was deflated this will work great for camping nice and lightweight
