Almost perfect, but… This set has everything we need for cooking at our campsite–it’s a great combination of utensils in a nice, compact package that packs extremely well. The utensils are sized just right for camping cookware. Plus, we were able to add one additional plastic cutting board and a smaller serrated knife that we like to use. Unfortunately, the plastic part of the spatula broke after one use. I almost took two stars off for that reason, since we primarily use cast iron for cooking when we camp and…
… taking where I would be camping and it seemed like a really nice kit when it arrived I got this kit for a long road trip I was taking where I would be camping and it seemed like a really nice kit when it arrived. I used the spatula about 5 times before the plastic handle completely disintegrated into about 25 pieces, so I can’t even fix it (which is what I would normally do). The ladle handle is made from the same material, so I assume it will be a matter of time before the same happens.
Really easy to clean as well Overall, the Wealers 7-piece outdoor/indoor cooking set met my expectations of what an inexpensive cooking set should provide. I just returned from a camping trip, and was able to use the set as my only cooking utensil set. Each item in the set worked well with a few exceptions.
