and loved everything about this set Just got back from a 12 day East coast road trip. My wife and I used all the components, and loved everything about this set. We beat the piss out of these things and they held up great! We found for the two of us, this product fit our needs perfectly. Updated: It’s ok, but just ok. These worked great cooking on small burner stove. No complaints.Update: On a gas burner these worked great, the first time. After spending a few days in the Rocky Mountain Wilderness with this kit, my opinion changed. Using a metal folding stove I found these incredibly hard to clean, especially in the woods. When I got home I ran them through the dishwasher and still had to scrub them by hand vigorously to get anything resembling clean – and they still aren’t clean. In terms of…
Love ’em So we’ve only used these a few times, but I’ll tell you what I think so far.First, the weight is good. The pots are small, so don’t try to cook a meal for 10 in this. Perfect for 2-4 though. The teflon on the outside was a god-send though as the black from the fire wiped right off. Pretty cool! The handles are… interesting. Be nice to them. I’m not sure how they’d handle direct heat (e.g. fire) and they’re right next to the pan, but our fire is just smaller than the pot…
