Very Disappointed in Quality and Function Ordered it once and it came with a defective waste strap buckle, so I returned it and ordered another one, and it came with a defective snap/rivet on the shoulder strap pouch (pulled thru the fabric). So, two strikes and you’re out! Also, there are insufficient smaller pockets, the main compartment has ridiculously shallow and useless pockets (stuff just falls out in transit), the laptop pocket is too narrow for anything but tablets or netbooks, and the pouches on the shoulder straps are…
Great for the price, but not great I was looking for a pack for a teenager that wouldn’t fall apart. In this price range I got the expected cheaper coated fabric, stitching is ok and not bartacked. The structure is quite soft. I purchased two as the price was so cheap and I knew that my other military packs were the right size.
