Informative. Kindle edition lacks illustrations hard copy contains I’m not sure they are necessary, however the hard copy that was loaned to me by my PT has drawings in it. The wording is the same in the book and the information is invaluable. I wish I would have known what I know now 30 years ago when I had my first child and a 4th degree tear. ALL women should read this book – beginning at an early age – like as part of ‘PE’ in high school. It would help prevent so much heartache and embarrassment later. AND prevent surgeries.
