A Very Useful Work Sharp Product I LOVE this knife sharpening system! I have spent about 62 of my 72 years trying to find a repeatable way to sharpen my kitchen and field knives. First, I had to learn that my eyes were not keen enough to see how to guide a beveled blade over a stone or whatever. I remedied that on Amazon a few years ago. Good all-round tool, and worth the money, but has some limitations. Good product, but not great. The unit is sturdy and well made with several ingenious features, like the internal broadhead wrenches (found behind the sharpening plates). I like the compact size and solid build. The rotating ceramic hone is the best feature in my view and does a terrific job of honing an edge. Use the same amount of strokes on each side of the blade for a razor sharp edge. This is a great knife sharpener. I own several from multiple brands, and this is my go to sharpener. It will take a dull blade to one that is razor sharp in a matter of minutes. Honestly the best sharpener I have ever used or owned. It has a coarse side, a fine side, a diamond honing rod with coarse and fine sides, as well as a leather strop. You can sharpen fishhooks with a groove on the rod, and remove broadheads with the integrated “wrench” behind one of the panels. It’s…
