I received this and decided it was just too cheaply made. I received this and decided it was just too cheaply made. It’s a soft plastic. You would think they would use a harder plastic, but they didn’t. I’m not about to drill holes into my fender or cab to install this.
Quality seems good. I haven’t tested it with another CB. Will update if there is an issues. I put it on a Polaris Ranger. Quality seems good.
I love the ability to choose the position/location of where to … I love the ability to choose the position/location of where to mount my CB antenna. Yes, this does require you to drill holes into that precious sheetmetal however that was not a huge concern for me it’s a Jeep, not an $80k luxury vehicle. Most other bolt on applications are understandably more restrictive on where you can install them.Update: my mount broke today on the trail.
