Great economical camping or bug out set Got my WORKPRO combination hand hatchet and long knife and for the money I feel they are well worth it. The knife is heavyweight, solid feeling and very sharp and balances well in my hand. The sheath has a belt loop for easy carrying. The hatchet also is solid with a very sharp edge; however, the sheath does not have a belt loop which is the reason why I gave it four stars instead of five, but overall this is a very impressive combo for what I paid for it.
Disappointing Purchase Photos are worth a thousand words. After taking 3 swings with the hatchet it was done. The knife held up better and did not show signs of damage. Either way they are being shipped back.
Not very good quality Used this set on my last backpacking trip. After using the axe for a while cutting up some deadwood the blade chipped off. It’s a pretty large chunk that broke off too so I am no longer able to use it. I had to use the knife as an axe since the axe broke and to my surprise the knife was better at cutting wood. My stepdad had a machette from a low cost tool store that only costs less than $6 that worked way better than these. All in all I wouldn’t buy this set or recommend to anyone.
