working mule Helped me a lot during remodeling. Pretty good deal for the buck. The only complaint is tip changing mechanism requires a hex tool, which you have to go look for every time. I’ve seen multi tools with quick change, too bad it’s not on this tool.
Excellent customer service I bought this tool 3 months ago but started to use it last week. It worked fine in the beginning but went silent after one week use. Push the switch to on and nothing happened. I contacted customer services and a replaced was sent back to me in 2 days. I was very impressed with the customer services. The replacement worked well so far and no complains at all. Trustworthy.
