NOT Genuine Mil Spec Type IV 750lb Paracord Where to begin… This is not Genuine Mil Spec Type IV 750lb Paracord, plain and simple. It seems closer to a half way decent lightweight kermantle cord – maybe comparable to Type III 550 cord, but Mil Spec Type IV 750 it is NOT…The cord has bulges/bumps (pretty significant in some places). The twisted cores looked much skinnier than true military cord so I pulled up MIl-C-5040-H. In this cord there are 12 twisted cores instead of the spec’d 11. For 200 feet true military Type…
