Keeps you from wimping on your run, add leg warmers if you’re over 4′ tall I needed to remove all excuses for getting myself outside at 4a this past winter. Winter survival essential I got these pants to help me survive a mountain camping trip in some cold weather, and I am so glad I did. They are so warm and so comfy. They do run a little small, so I ordered a size up and they fit perfectly. I am 5’4″ and 135 lbs and the large works for me. They do have a pretty high rise which I like, but may not be what some people are looking for.
