Incredible Bargain and They Actually Work! For the price, there’s just no comparison. We’re using these on a film set and, after a bit of reprogramming them to use FRS frequencies instead of the preprogrammed ones, they’re working like a charm. They work well for what they are and just cannot be beat for value.
Can’t beat the value. Price is right! For sure!. However, I had to buy sets of replacement radio clips to get the spring loaded versions. The little plastic ones they came with, weren’t worth installing. Radio works good, programs up just fine. Wish they still provided a colored marker on the knobs so they could more easily be seen like the initial BF-888s I’ve previously purchased.
Much Better Than GMRS Great buy, we use these in the hotel for communications between the entire staff. They are very clear…the range is perfect for what we are looking for. They worked right from the box.Follow up…I had two fail in the first week of use, I asked to have those replaced. I would have had to pack ALL of them up and return them, receive a refund then reorder. I took the hit on those two due to the inconvenience I would have had to deal with. The remaining radios I will still stand…
