Preheat the food jar first I love mine, I made luch with it. People reviewing not keeping stuff hot because they did not preheat it.1. Put hot boiling water in the food jar for 5-10 mins2. Pour out the hot water and put your boiling food in it.It should keep it warm for at least 6 hours.I always make chicken veggie soup with this food jar in the morning like 8am. When I open it at 1 or 2pm its still steaming hot

Finally, Something That Works. We’ve tried numerous thermoses for our kids to try and give them a hot lunch at school and this was the only one that worked. Very small It’s so small. I’m never very good at looking at dimensions online and just figure out how big they actually are. I posted some pictures of the size so that other people with same problem as me can check it out. The pyrex glass jar shows how much water this cup holds.But other than that, this cup is so good!
